Deeper Life Audit Workbook
Get unstuck, gain clarity, get your life together, and build a life that’s unapologetically yours.

To make meaningful changes in your life, you first have to realize what needs changing.
Right now, you’re doing the brave thing of wanting to audit your life. But you’re told to rate your life from 1 to 10 in 15 minutes, then work on the lowest-scoring areas. Except those scores don’t consider:
This workbook will help you…
Find out what’s actually keeping you stuck
You’ve probably told yourself you need more discipline or better routines, or blamed yourself for feeling overwhelmed or not hitting your goals. The audit helps you find the real issue, so you stop trying to fix the wrong problem.
Stop judging your life by a score
A 2/10 social life doesn’t automatically mean you need more social goals. If you’re building a business and 24 hours already feels short, that score needs context. You’ll look at each area through three simple lenses and write one honest sentence about it, so your answers reflect your real life.
Make sense of the season you’re in.
Your season shapes your needs and capacity, and it’s easy to ignore that when you’re overwhelmed or trying to keep up. You’ll name your season, see what feels most stretched right now, and choose the values you want to keep as you decide what to do.
Get an answer to the question that made you audit your life
You start with the question that’s been tugging at you, and each section brings you back to it. You finish with the Final Life Audit Snapshot, which answers it in your own words.
Know what to focus on next
You’ll look closely at up to three areas and see where one is affecting another. Then decide what needs to change and what can stay, so you can stop juggling everything at once.
Reuse the workbook over and over
A life audit isn’t a one-off. Reuse this workbook whenever you need to take stock, gain clarity, and find answers to the questions tugging at your heart.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck
In the past, I felt overwhelmed and angry at myself. I’d set lofty goals, tried to fix every area of my life at once, and kept chasing the next shiny object.
I’d sworn I would do better: create a better routine, grow my business, and smash my goals. But I kept failing at the promises I’d made to myself.
During an audit, I had an unglamorous dress-down with myself and realized I had shiny object syndrome. I kept getting pulled toward new ideas, so everything felt like a priority. Once I saw that, I stopped trying to fix every area of my life at once. Instead, I decided what deserved my attention in that season, rather than making a long list of unrealistic plans that left me overwhelmed and stuck. This workbook was what I wished I’d had back then.
This year, a few months after my honeymoon, I used the workbook again when I couldn’t figure out why I had less motivation to work and couldn’t follow my routine. It helped me realize that my old routine no longer fit my life and that I needed rest. With that understanding, I could set goals that made room for rest while I worked on my business.
Made for you, other women and me…
I built and updated the Deeper Life Audit Workbook based on what I learned from my own audits and feedback from other women who used it.
I wanted it to help us look beneath the surface, understand how different areas of life affect one another, and make changes without disregarding the life we’re living.
